Privacy Policy for Zhol
This policy explains which data the Zhol app for iOS and iPadOS processes and which external services are involved.

Data stored locally
Your player profile, settings, progress, and unlocked content are stored on your device. They remain there until you reset them in the app or delete the app.
Online play and server
- Pseudonymous profile ID, display name, chosen emoji, room data, and game data for multiplayer features
- Game results, wins, and leaderboard statistics
- IP address and technical connection data for operation, security, and troubleshooting
- Reports and moderation data for reported profiles
Active room and game data is discarded after the room closes. Leaderboard values and required moderation data remain stored until they are no longer needed or a valid deletion request is received.

Deletion and privacy choices
You can change advertising consent through the privacy options in Zhol. Tracking can also be disabled in iOS Settings. To request deletion of server-side profile data or leaderboard values, email us. Additional information may then be required for secure identification.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
External services
Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform provide optional rewarded advertising and consent management. Depending on consent and device settings, they may process an IP address or approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, diagnostics, and performance data. Apple acts as an independent controller when you use Game Center or make optional in-app purchases through StoreKit, subject to Apple's privacy policy. Apple Privacy Policy.
